if we are so attached to our plastic bags, then we need to be creative and resourceful.
how about plastic made from hemp? hemp is legal in oregon now
let's get on utilizing it.
while we are at it, how about we figure out something to do with dog waste that does not involve entombing it in plastic which will never compost and sending it to the landfill?
we have more dogs than children in Portland
It is time to apply some creative genius to our problems.
