Kuhn named Fish chief of staff

A Portland city hall vet will become Commissioner Nick Fish’s new chief of staff.

Hannah Kuhn, who works for Fish and also advised former mayors Vera Katz and Tom Potter, will take the helm Feb. 6. Fish has served as a special projects manager for Fish for the past year. She’d previously spent time as Fish’s senior policy director.

Kuhn worked as Katz’s senior policy advisor on land-use planning. She filled many of those same duties under Potter.
