More Columbia bridge funding concerns

The Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council signed off on an Environmental Impact Study regarding the Columbia River Crossing project, though it has concerns about the new I-5 bridge's funding. As The Columbian reports, the council's concerns follow a report last week from Oregon State Treasurer Ted Wheeler that cast doubt on how much money would be generated by tolls and other self-funding measures.
