Portland's transportation director rents developer's beach house, says it wasn't a gift
Portland developer Brad Malsin rented his beach cottage to Tom Miller, director of Portland's Bureau of Transportation, for $100 a night -- a deal available only to Malsin's family and friends. Miller says that's not a gift.

glad he got a good deal. all the deals in which they are involved with from this point will be subject to "a suspected" deal. makes things harder for all involved. good copy of national politics.
