Congressional handicapper says David Wu, Kurt Schrader districts move slightly towards right

The Cook Political Report, a congressional handicapping firm, says that voters in the district represented by Rep. Kurt Schrader, D-Ore., are right in the middle when it comes to their presidential voting patterns. The district held by Rep. David Wu, D-Ore., has also shifted slightly toward the right as the result of reapportionment.
