Sportswear tariff bill gets new chance
A team of Northwest lawmakers has rekindled efforts to reduce tariffs on recreational outerwear. Rep. Earl Blumenauer, a Portland Democrat, and Republican Rep. Dave Reichert of Washington have rolled out the U.S. Optimal Use of Trade to Develop Outerwear and Outdoor Recreation.
