An Oregon transportation triumvirate: Garrett, Peterson and McCaig

There's a new triumvirate in state transportation circles. Clackamas County Chairwoman Lynn Peterson will become Gov. John Kitzhaber's transportation policy and Patricia McCaig, Kitzhaber's former campaign manager, becomes his adviser on the Columbia River Crossing. Matt Garrett stays on as director of the Oregon Department of Transportation.
