Kulongoski in a recent letter to a young inmate at Deer Ridge correctional institution that had sent an appeal for communtation of sentencing stated in the letter that As Govenor He does not get involved in these matters. Is it true that The govenor doesn't have the discretion to render a decision or opinion especially when the inmate was wrongfully convicted? If this is true we need to get a Govenor in that will take the time to review these matters.
