I await PPS' specific proposal, but I doubt I can support a $500 million construction bond measure for a school district that is not expanding it Mandarin immersion programs (despite parent demand) and that has no high school study abroad program. What PPS now offers does not meet 21st century student needs.

Yuk. Another debate between the "pass all" and "pass none" cliques. None of the people that think for themselves vote. I guess it's how all the non-profits make money, whipping people up with contrived choices.
