David Bragdon gets new NYC gig
David Bragdon, the former president of the Oregon Metro Council, is leaving his post as sustainability chief for New York City to take over planning for the revitalization of 10,000 acres of federal and city-owned parkland in the Jamaica Bay area of the city.
