I'm leaning towards voting no on all the local bonding measures (Fire, TriMet, now the Historical Society).
I've my own set of priorities. If we have laid off teachers, have not expanded PPS's Mandarin and Japanese immersion programs, have no Mandarin online for high school students, and have no public, paid for high school study abroad in China (and elsewhere)program, then I'm in no mood to raise and spend money for other, lesser purposes.
