The Oregonian opened an editorial today thusly:
Having pumped up their majorities in the House and Senate, Oregon's Democrats have been putting on a muscle-flexing clinic. The low carbon fuel standard, which would send more of your money to the alternative fuels industry, is sailing right along. Everyone's talking about boosting the state's minimum wage, already one of the nation's highest. Lawmakers also seem determined to require businesses to provide paid sick leave.
I'm pretty sure they were complaining. But it sounds pretty damn good to me!
