HD-38 picks: Ann Lininger, Sonya Fischer, Moses Ross

Democratic PCPs from Multnomah and Clackamas in House District 38 met tonight to select 3-5 nominees to replace Rep. Chris Garrett. HD 38 is Lake Oswego and southwest Portland.
The three finalists are, in order of finish:
Ann Lininger: A former Clackamas County Commissioner, Lininger now works as general counsel for Oregon Ironworks. Previously, she's worked for the Meyer Memorial Trust and Legal Aid.
Sonya Fischer: Fischer is an attorney and advocate for disabled individuals. Previously, she was a lobbyist for Oregon DHS. She's currently on the board of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.
Moses Ross: Ross is a political consultant and party activist. He is also the chair of the Multnomah Neighborhood Association and president of the PTA at Maplewood Elementary.
Next up: County Commissioners from Multnomah and Clackamas counties will meet in joint session to select the next legislator from House District 38.
