How would you promote health care in Oregon?

Before we know it, it'll be time to launch Cover Oregon, Oregon's version of the health care exchange marketplace envisioned in the Affordable Care Act.
And with an acknowledgement right from the get-go that BlueOregon readers are most definitely not the target audience for these ads, I wonder what you think of the $1.3 million TV ad campaign that's launching tomorrow.
And if these ads don't work for you, I wonder - how would you promote the health care exchanges in Oregon?
