Wow, that's a petty and pointless post.
The Saxton campaign doesn't need authorization for that changed Johnny Cash verse. It's squarely nestled in the fair use exception. A strong dislike for Saxton doesn't change that fact.
And are there non-partisan press releases from campaigns?

"Petty and pointless" is pretty much how I'd describe the actual release. And incompetent.
