Are churches in Oregon doing politics illegally?
The folks over at Loaded Orygun are getting pretty good at ferreting out scandal, digging into the dirt being slung by the corrupt and extreme right-wing in Oregon.
Here's the latest: According to Loaded, it appears that phone calls supporting GOP candidate Everett Curry (running against David Edwards) came from a phone number registered with Bob Cryder Team Ministries - a 501c3 nonprofit. It is, of course, against the law for nonprofit organizations to be explicitly advocating for candidates running for office.
Head over to Loaded Orygun for all the details. Discuss over there.
