Saxton plays politics with fire prevention
For 40 years, a nonprofit called Keep Oregon Green has promoted fire prevention, using the Governor as their spokesperson. At the height of fire season, they've once again produced a public service announcement (PSA) with the governor asking folks to be careful with campfires. See the 30-second video at SaxtonWatch.com.
But Ron Saxton sees nothing but politics. His campaign started screaming "unfair! unfair!", demanding equal time... (presumably for a pro-fire message?) And unfortunately, Keep Oregon Green caved to the pressure.
Head on over to SaxtonWatch.com for more. Discuss over there.
